Forever Changed, Forever Committed: The Story Behind Station 53 Outfitters

On March 12, 2023, two families — and an entire community — were forever changed. Detective Sergeant Mason Griffith lost his life in the line of duty, and Officer Adam Sullentrup was catastrophically injured. Mason left behind his wife and two sons, while Adam, newly married, faced a future forever altered.

In the face of heartbreak, their families and close friends joined together to create the Chief Mason Griffith Foundation (TCMGF) in October 2023. The mission was clear: to honor both men by supporting First Responders and their families across Missouri with scholarships, direct assistance, and resources in times of crisis.
